The Mill
Conservation, conversion and extension of a traditional Welsh stone water mill and bothy into holiday accommodation.
The proposal sought to sensitively inhabit the existing heavy stone buildings, while extending as required to provide modern amenities.
Rigorous ecological analysis and detailed mitigation formed a key part of the proposal, following the discovery of 6 species of bats living on the site.
